IAC Headquarters Building, New York, USA

It's very imaginative and emotional building that makes you think of love, it has a romantic element especially when its strangely chiseled forms reflect the surrounding sky, so that its surfaces can seem to be dissolving. The ten-story IAC Headquarters Building is located in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. InterActiveCorp is an American media conglomerate with over 60 brands that was built between June 2004 and March 2007. The building is the first Frank Gehry designed office building in New York City based on a concrete superstructure with tilted supporting columns. The exterior is made out of more than 1400 glass panels most of which are unique in their shape and degree of twist. The building appears to consist of two major levels. Viewed from the north, however, its forms become more symmetrical and sharp-edged, and from the south, the forms appear more blocky. This constantly changing character gives the building’s exterior an enigmatic beauty. Mr. Gehry’s the most fanciful structure of these easy, fluid forms symbolizes his "youth" full of energy and love. IAC is a real masterpiece and is considered as the most attractive business center.
